Trisha Jones Obituary, Death – Police in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, have identified the female worker who passed away earlier this week as a result of an industrial accident that occurred at a 3M plant in that city. She had 57 years under her belt.
Trisha Jones, who was originally from Harpers Ferry, Iowa, was the victim of the tragedy that took place on Tuesday morning at the 3M Company Plant 50 on North Marquette Road. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. Jones had “severe injuries” and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, as stated by the Prairie du Chien Police Department.
Authorities, including those from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and those from the police, are investigating the accident; however, not a lot of particular information about it has been made public. During the preliminary stages of the investigation, the authorities indicated that 3M and its employees were helping them out with the probe.
