Beryl Blackwell Obituary, Death – Beryl Blackwell Bailey, who was 72 years old and from Forest City, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Carolina Foothills Hospice. She was the daughter of Thurman Blackwell, who passed away, and Lola H. Blackwell, who also passed away, and she was born on February 9, 1949 in Rutherford County. Beryl spent several years in her career working as a Display Manager for MDI Grocery Distributors, where she eventually retired. She attended Chase High School and was a member of the Concord Baptist Church, both of which she attended. One of the things that brought her the most happiness was going to the beach with her loved ones and making new friends while she was there.
Her husband, Glen Bailey, of the residence, as well as her sisters, Beverly Hicks of Garden City, South Carolina, and Brenda Luckadoo of Forest City, are among the people who have survived her passing. Funeral services are going to be held in private for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, whose address is Post Office Box 336, Forest City, North Carolina 28043.
